Vision & Mission
Vision: To play an important role in the progress of the national economy by ensuring good governance in a taxpayer-friendly environment through modern efficient revenue management based on technology.
Mission: Achieve revenue targets by creating a digital and work environment through a transparent and accountable workforce ensuring taxpayer service in the light of the guidelines of the Internal Resources Department and the National Board of Revenue in internationally recognized equitable VAT management. Also expeditious action, informing stakeholders about laws and regulations, providing proper training to officers / employees, preserving and distributing information and documents, proper implementation of laws and regulations, carrying out physical and procedural reforms, ensuring use of information technology in official work, establishing partnerships in revenue activities.
